I know many people have lost children through horrible violence and many different illnesses, but have you lost a child with cancer? As a parent seeing your child going through torturous treatments, that the health community deemed to be "safe" takes a toll on parents. Imagine having your child going through cancer treatments week after week month after month and seeing horrible side effects. Imagine the tears and you as the parent telling your child that everything will get better. As a parent and pray and hope that this the case. You see your child go through this there is nothing that you can do about it. Well that was me. When someone is diagnosed with cancer you are given documents that explain the treatments that you will be given as well as the possible side effects. The side effects include hair loss, nausea, low blood counts, heart failure, liver damage, it may cause other cancers as well, not to mention it can also cause the patient to go insane while on this treatment. When a person is giving all this information, its so overwhelming.
When I read all the side effects with chemotherapy I thought to myself what person would sign these papers agreeing for these treatments. I know I wouldn't. You know the crazy thing is when you have a child that has cancer you have to go through with it or they will force you to go one way or the other. You have no say so in the matter, if you object to the treatments for your child they will get the courts involved and you could be thrown in prison.
Now if you are grown they will keep bugging you about treatment. They will just keep pestering you until you do it. If at all possible go try to find away to go through natural treatments.
When someone has cancer you see them healthy one moment and then they go down so quickly. It makes you wonder why they give people these drugs that hurts you before you get better. To be honest with you the patient does seem to get better after treatments, but its a losing battle for some. Meaning you go for the treatments and you believer everything is better until the patient goes for further testing like the MRI's, Bone scans etc... The doctor walks in the room with a grim diagnoses.
When you or your love one is going through all this in the back of your mind you believe the treatments were working, but really it didn't. It just seemed like the treatments covered the cause of the problem.
I have done some reading on cancer and when one thing i remember is that when you have cancer there is a deficiency in the body meaning you are lacking something in your body it could be lack of vitamins or minerals.

I am not going to put any groups out there, but the craziest thing is the people you that were going to be with you the whole time while my family were going through is ordeal weren't there. Its crazy because the very people that helped us to get to treatments were the total opposite. The people I am talking about that helped me and my family were my kids school, the teachers, principals, church groups etc... These people took my children out made meals for us. Heck they even gave us money to help out with the bills. I forgot to mention that my neighbors even took a collection up for us, so we can get back and for to the hospital. Going through that experience makes me question who are my friends and who are really by your side. I know that every person is different I am just not going to put all my faith in people, but in God.
